Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LinqCampus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use LinqCampus. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at hello@linqcampus.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Impersonate any person, college, or company.
• Spam other users or post unsolicited commercial content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-collect data from LinqCampus.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting on LinqCampus, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the platform. You can delete your content at any time.

6. Resharing

Posts may be reshared by other users. Reshared posts remain attributed to the original author. We are not responsible for how other users reshare your public content.

7. Stories

Stories expire and are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Story views are tracked and visible to the story author.

8. College & Company Accounts

College and company accounts are subject to a verification process. Providing false information during registration may result in immediate account suspension.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Limitation of Liability

LinqCampus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via on-platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra.
